Program Testimonials

I walked into the MTL retreat unsure of what to expect—and walked out transformed. Mentored by Kevin and Anna, I left inspired, energized, and ready to lead with bold curiosity. The flame that had long been flickering within me ignited like a cleansing wildfire, clearing old layers and making space for the growth of my true, authentic voice. That same flame lies within you too!  —Blair Goodmen

Attending Motivating Transformational Leaders Retreat in Asheville was one of the most profound experiences of my professional life. The retreat was not just about leadership. It was about redefining what leadership truly means. Through Kevin and Anna’s guidance, rooted in deep listening, sharing wisdom, and diverse experiences, I was able to connect with my own sense of purpose in an unexpected way. Surrounded by nature and a community of thoughtful, open minded, and very talented cohort peers, I felt both grounded and uplifted. The MTL retreat encourages a shift from directing others through personal ego to truly supporting their growth, starting with a deeper understanding of your own self. — Maya French
